Where does Mahabub Perfumes ship?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:
Processing Time: Orders typically take 1–3 business days to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse.

What shipping methods are available?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
What happens if I am charged for customs duties or taxes?
For all international orders (outside of our main operating region), the customer is considered the importer of record. This means you are solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and handling charges levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping cost paid to Mahabub Perfumes. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid surprises.
What if my package is refused due to unpaid duties?
If a shipment is refused by the customer upon delivery due to refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, the package will be returned to us. Any refund issued will be less the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, and any duties/taxes charged to Mahabub Perfumes for the return process.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or leaking, please contact our Customer Service team immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at info@mahabperfumes.com. Please include your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation and arrange for a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to change the address. We can only change the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the package is with the carrier, we cannot guarantee an address change.
