Can I return a perfume if I don't like the scent?
Due to the intimate and delicate nature of fragrances, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. We cannot accept returns based on scent preference or change of mind once the product has been shipped.
What are the conditions for a product to be eligible for return?
A product is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets all the following criteria:
The item received is physically damaged, defective (e.g., non-functioning sprayer, leakage), or the wrong product was shipped.
The item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition with all seals, labels, and original packaging intact.
You must notify us and initiate the return process within 7 days of the delivery date.
What items are non-returnable?
We cannot accept returns for:
Any product that has been opened, used, or had its original seal broken (unless it is defective).
Samples, gift sets, or complimentary items.
Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events (unless defective).
How do I start the return process?
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email our Customer Service team at info@mahabperfumes.com.
Include your Order Number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence (if the product is damaged or defective).
Our team will review the request and provide you with return instructions if the item is eligible.
Who pays for the return shipping cost?
If the return is due to our error (i.e., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Mahabub Perfumes will cover the cost of return shipping.
In all other approved return cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?
Yes, if the item meets the return eligibility criteria (damaged, defective, or incorrect), you can choose to exchange it for the correct or same item, based on product availability. Please specify your preference when contacting our Customer Service team.
