Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mahabub Perfumes, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fragrances. Please review our policy for returning, refunding, or canceling your order.

1. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the intimate and delicate nature of fragrances, we can only accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions.

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets all the following criteria:

1. Damaged or Defective Product: The item received is physically damaged upon arrival, or the bottle/packaging is defective (e.g., non-functioning sprayer, leakage).

2. Wrong Item Shipped: You received a product that is different from the one you ordered.

3. Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition with all seals, labels, and original packaging intact. Opened products will not be accepted for return or refund unless they are defective.

4. Timeframe: You must notify us and initiate the return process within 7 days of the delivery date.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

1. Any product that has been opened, used, or had its original seal broken.

2. Samples, gift sets, or complimentary items.

2. Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events (unless defective).

4. Items purchased from unauthorized resellers or stockists.

1.3 How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at info@mahabperfumes.com with your Order Number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence (if the product is damaged or defective).

2. Assessment: Our team will review your request and confirm if the item is eligible for return.

3. Return Shipping: If approved, you will receive instructions on how to package and ship the item back to our designated fulfillment center. The cost of return shipping is typically borne by the customer, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item shipment, where Mahabub Perfumes will cover the cost.

4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.1 Refund Approval

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

1. Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a Mahabub Perfumes error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

2. Delays: If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company/bank as processing times can vary. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@mahabperfumes.com.

3. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:

3.1 Cancellation Eligibility

1. Unprocessed Orders: Orders can be canceled free of charge only if they have not yet been processed or shipped from our warehouse.

2. Processing Orders: If the order is already in the processing stage, cancellation is not guaranteed. We will do our best to stop the shipment, but if the item is packed and ready for dispatch, you may need to follow the standard return policy (Section 1).

3.2 How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately by emailing info@mahabperfumes.com with the subject line: “URGENT CANCELLATION REQUEST – [Your Order Number]”.

4. International Orders

Please note that for international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred. These charges are non-refundable by Mahabub Perfumes. Should a shipment be refused by the customer due to these charges, any refund issued will be less the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any duties/taxes charged to Mahabub Perfumes.
